We are looking to hire Relationship Manager – Pvt Banks, Funds(MF, AIF, Multilateral funds), NBFCsetc for our investment banking practice. In this front-end role, the selected candidate(s) wouldwork across all deal types pertaining to DCM i.e. fund raising through TLs, Securitization (DAs /PTCs), Bonds & Tier-II.

• Flat hierarchy and direct access to promoters to discuss, learn and grow.
• The job involves stitching, running with investor and executing debt deals betweenLenders/Funds and various mid-, large- corporates and NBFCs, across the country.
• Aggressive follow up of existing trades with lenders/funds.
• Working with various departments within the lenders/funds to ensure properprocessing of deals through closing.
• Ability to develop new relationships, nurture, and close deal discussions with keystakeholders.
• Good Grasp over various financial instruments like Term Loans, Securitization, Loansyndication, Cash flow backed financing, Balance sheet-based financing, Workingcapital etc.• Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, debt profiles, credit memos, note on RBIguidelines to various financial instruments and road show presentations of ourclients for investor/lender meetings.
• MBA from a leading business school / a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in Loan Syndication, Debt Fundraising, and havingcontacts across financial institutions.
• A candidate with experience of investment banking, commercial banking or who has beenmanaging relationships with corporates or NBFCs would be preferred.
• The job will require meeting Pvt Banks, Funds etc (Head Offices, Zonal/State Offices) acrossdifferent parts of the country (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata,Ahmedabad etc.). The candidate should be comfortable with 8 - 12 days of travelling eachmonth (Flight, commute and accommodation are provided by the company).
• Good financial analysis & modelling skills - Should be good with numbers, studying balancesheets, P&L statements, analyzing data & provide viewpoint to the Investors. Workingknowledge of MS office & keenness to learn other technology tools.
• Excellent working knowledge of Indian and Offshore Debt markets – Loans, Bond,Securitization, Alternative Instruments etc.
• Sound oral & written communication skills – candidate should showcase good interpersonalskills & be able to hold conversation & negotiations with the counterparties.
• A keen eye for detail, persistent learning & problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to persuade, lead and confidently handle objections and resolve investor queries.
