Puneet is a Co-Founder at kaleidofin, is dedicated to delivering financial services at scale. He believes that the power of technology can be harnessed to amplify the role financial services can play in the lives of customers. Prior to setting up kaleidofin, Puneet co-founded Dvara Trust and Northern Arc Capital. Puneet also serves as the Director on the Investment Committee at the Incubation Cell at IIT Madras. Puneet began his career at ICICI Bank, where he spent seven years in various roles, including coordinating the microfinance practice and working in the CSR group focused on investments in education and microfinance. He has significant experience of working closely with NGO, academicians, State Governments and donor agencies. Puneet also has experience in running and managing his family business for 4 years. He is a commerce graduate with a Master’s degree in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management.

Sucharita is passionate about access to financial services for all she believes in “finance for freedom”.

Chosen as one of the “top 40 under forty” business leaders by Economic Times in 2016 and named amongst India’s top 20 fintech change makers in 2017 recipient of IIM Ahmedabad, Young Alumni Achievers Award, 2017.

Led origination and structuring effort in credit derivatives for corporates at Morgan Stanley in London and was also part of the credit derivatives team at Deutsche Bank in London and also previously chairman of IFMR Investments.

Vipul fervently believes in solving for the customer and bringing in innovative financial solutions at their doorstep. Leading new business initiatives at IFMR Holdings, most recently involved in developing mass market financial solutions incl. Natural catastrophe risk protection. Responsible for Munich health’s (Apollo Munich in India) insurance business in South, East, West and Central India including its retail distribution strategy & design; managing health insurance revenues in excess of INR 2.5 billion p.a. part of Munich health’s digital strategy in India including driving digital adoption of it’s field agents one of the

founding member of Allianz AG’s (Bajaj Allianz in India) operations in eastern India and later in Southern India – managing retail business revenues in excess of INR 6 billion part of Allianz’s Future leader program in India set-up several business operations from scratch across India

Treasa leads strategy and investments in Financial Inclusion & Well-Being at Omidyar Network India.

She has over Fifteen years of experience in the Indian venture capital and private equity industry. Treasa was a part of the founding team of Ascent Capital, a leading Indian mid-market private equity firm, where she was involved in raising and managing two funds. She was part of several marquee investments including Acko, (India's first digital-native insurance company), BigBasket.com (India's largest online grocery company), RBL Bank (a leading new age private bank), Skanray Healthcare (a leading medical devices company) and Alivira (a leading animal health company). She also worked closely with some of the portfolio companies helping them with various aspects of their operations including business development, strategy and corporate finance.

Previously, she spent nearly five plus years with KPMG and Deloitte in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services practise serving both large multinational clients as well as small and medium businesses across technology, capital goods and healthcare sectors.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She also holds a Bachelor's degree from Stella Maris College, Chennai.

Ramanathan has a wide experience in the field of Microfinance, Financial Inclusion and Banking sectors. He is a retired Chief General Manager, Micro Credit Innovations Department, NABARD Mumbai and has around 14 years of experience in the business of NBFC.

He is currently a part of RGVN (Northeast) Microfinance Limited, Kaleidofin Capital Private Limited, Svasti Microfinance Private Limited, Five-Star Housing Finance Private Limited, South India Finvest Private Limited, IIFL Samasta Finance Limited, Mangal Credit And Fincorp Limited and Magalir Micro Capital Private Limited.

His leadership has been instrumental in driving business growth and profitability, evidenced by his track record of acquiring loan portfolios from various NBFCs across different asset classes. Charu's astute business acumen and deep understanding of lending dynamics make him a sought-after leader in the industry.

Bhagirath, an impact investment professional with over 15 years of experience in debt and equity investments in microfinance, small business finance, and venture debt, brings a wealth of expertise to Kaleidofin. As an alumnus of the Master of Public Administration program at Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs (SIPA), New York, he has managed a US$10 million debt fund investing in specialized financial institutions in India and possesses broad-based investment and credit due diligence experience across emerging markets, particularly in Asia and Africa.

At Kaleidofin, Bhagirath is responsible for managing credit business initiatives, enhancing underwriting standards, conducting due diligence, managing deal flows, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing Kaleidofin investments. His leadership and strategic insights are instrumental in driving the company's mission forward.

With over two decades of diversified experience, Francis is a competent professional specializing in Operations Management, Process Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service Delivery. He excels in overseeing operations, implementing centralized processes, and optimizing resource distribution. Francis holds Post Graduate degrees in Business Administration (M.B.A.), Public Administration (M.A.), and Business Law (M.B.L.). His expertise has been instrumental in driving success for brands like FundsIndia, Citi, Indiabulls, HDFC, Airtel, and Valvoline.

Sreehari brings 17 years of software industry experience spanning Java, Databases, REST/SOAP Web Services, and SCIM. His expertise extends to Cloud computing, Performance Monitoring, SaaS integrations, and Building LOS Applications. Proficient in architecting cloud-native, highly scalable, microservices-based applications using AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud (OCI) services.
